Die Anker Guest house accommodation types consist of 4 sea view Rooms in the Guest house, as well as 5 Self Catering accommodation units. However, the self catering units are spread out on the premises.  Not only so, but also range from small and cozy to large and spacious.

Cabin Restaurant Doringbaai has been going for over 30 years.  Some of the old favourites are still on the menu and if you haven’t been here before we invite you right here, right now.

Pub

Cabin Pub Doringbaai was opened a few years after Die Anker and Cabin Restaurant was up and running and it was a good move!    The Pub is fully licensed with a big screen television and our staff will make you feel very welcome.

Activities

For a truly relaxing day go for a hike between Doringbaai and Strandfontein.  During the flower season explore and enjoy the flora or the West Coast region.  En the day with a traditional South African style “braai” (barbeque facilities available) or make a booking for a delicious meal at the Cabin Restaurant on our premises.

Other activities include – Diving, Fishing, Hiking, Mountain biking, Whale watching, Wine tasting, Wild flowers in spring, Bird watching, Swimming, Surfing, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Body boarding, Crayfishing, Snorkeling.
