The Pebbles Project aims to enable children and young adults from agricultural communities to reach their full potential at each educational phase, to ultimately enable them to become participating and responsible members of society
EMPOWERING YOUTH, CHANGING LIVES
The main emphasis of the Pebbles Project is education. They enrich the lives of disadvantaged children and families in the agricultural communities in the Western Cape. They focus on the entire life of the child and the challenging circumstances in which they live in order to make a significant and lasting difference. Since their inception in 2004, they have impacted the lives of children and their families by providing support and intervention in five key areas: Education, Health, Nutrition, Community and Protection.
Areas of operation include: Stellenbosch, Paarl, Somerset West, Wellington, Citrusdal, Hermanus (Hemel-en-Aarde Valley), Clanwilliam and Grabouw.
