Wow! What a week! I think we may actually be getting somewhere…
A great meeting with Nedbank lined up what I can see is a fantastic partnership. It seems like we have the regional support, the next step – meeting the national decision-makers. This is exactly the kind of collaboration we are looking for. A bank that is serious about sustainable change and works hard in the right areas!
A connection was also made with Lauren from the Bobs for Good Foundation – a great initiative that supplies school shoes for underprivileged children around South Africa. True charitable giving at its best. Bobs for Good are also the recipients of the annual ‘Put Foot Rally‘ – a race around South Africa that donates its proceedings to BFG – no not the Big Friendly Giant – Bobs for Good.

Busy week coming up – what’s new?…
- Cape Town BEACH Festival prep with Terra Firma Events
- Planning for our New Year’s Eve EXPEDITION Project Fundraiser on Wednesday. What do you think about having it at the Cape Town Good Hope Castle? Let us know your thoughts.
- Then on Thursday, we are meeting with Pam Golding Properties about the BEACH Festival sponsorship
- And a big one – a presentation for the University of Cape Town about partnership into the research elements of The EXPEDITION Project.
Finishing off the week – Roger and Warren have some more filming to do – watch out for this, it’s gonna be good!
