GENERAL MANAGER
Prince’s Grant Coastal Golf Estate requires the expertise of a dynamic General Manager, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operation, activities and relationships with various stakeholders of the Estate, and to be accountable to the members and the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, financial management, information technology, hospitality and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, governance, compliance, company management. Financial Performance, Staff leadership and development. Financial Management: Strong knowledge of financial principles and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Operational Management: Proficiency in managing day-to- day operations, implementing technological solutions for facilities, equipment, and staff scheduling.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations relevant to estate and company management.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the Estate’s long-term vision and goals.
Vendor Management: Skills in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Industry Knowledge: Residential estates, golf, and hospitality industries, including trends, best practices, and customer expectations.
