Job Post: Collaboration Opportunity

Since pre-COVID we have been developing online learning opportunities for aspiring conservationists and wildlife workers. In particular we want to give those unable to travel a sense of what on-the-ground teams do.

At this stage our work is focused on South African based projects and wildlife.

This is a collaborative initiative, built using a social enterprise model, and aimed at providing funding to conservationists and conservation projects.

One current project is the development of a free dynamic and collaborative course showcasing numerous wildlife conservation perspectives, experiences and projects.

If anyone would like to participate in this then the requirements are:

Project category:

  • South African based project or initiative
  • Willing to submit an original video no longer than 20 mins about your work
  • Willing to commit to one live webinar Q&A about your work

Researcher category:

  • South African based researcher, scientist, wildlife vet, ecologist etc
  • Willing to submit an original video no longer than 20 mins about your work
  • Willing to commit to one live webinar Q&A about your work

Volunteer category:

  • Have volunteered or worked on or with a South African based wildlife project in the last 5 years.
  • Willing to submit an original video no longer than 20 mins about your volunteer experience
  • Willing to commit to one live group webinar Q&A about your time in South Africa
