Maya Baugh – Why are simple interrupted sutures used to close the wound rather than intradermal sutures? Wouldn’t the lion need sedation/GA again to remove the interrupted sutures?
Em Anderson – Is there a reason that this female is being sterilized in knowledge that lion numbers are decreasing steadily…? Were there no other reserves available for her to be moved to? in light of drastically declining Lion numbers across South Africa, why wouldn’t you rather relocate her to another reserve with lower lion density? Is that not possible because other lions already at other reserves wouldn’t accept her?
Josh Howell – Quick question a BOMA was mentioned for after the procedure just wondering if you could clarify what that was? Thanks
Tanya – Why is she called Bucket?
