2 October 2023: The Expedition Project’s course hosting will migrate to a new platform between October and November 2023 and be available from the 1st December 2023.
This migration will aim to increase how dynamic our courses are, tighten student online security, speed up performance, and improve your overall course experience.
Relevant information on course access on the current course platform and the new course platform:
Current course platform:
⁃ We have previously stated that your course access on theEXPEDITIONproject.com will not expire provided you have an active membership and account
⁃ Course students with an active TEP account, active membership and active courses can therefore apply for migration access (before 31st December 2023) to the new course platform (GDPR regulations require your consent for the migration to the new platform)
⁃ Course students who do not have an active membership account on the current course platform will have access to their purchased courses until they expire on the current platform, if they have not already expired, and re-register on the new platform.
⁃ Course expiry on the current platform on all courses, regardless of memberships, will vary from 1st January to 31st March 2024
Steps for new courses:
If you have an active TEP account, an active membership and active course(s):
1. Complete the online form here (or below) before 31st December 2023 with the courses you need access to on the new course platform
2. We will then check your account and if your request is valid we will activate your new courses on the new platform
3. You will then receive a welcome email from the new course platform between 1st December 2023 and 31st January 2024
If you have an active TEP account but do not have an active membership, and you have previously purchased a course(s):
1. Complete the online form here (or below) before 31st December 2023 with the courses you need access to on the new course platform
2. We will then check your account and if your request is valid
3. If your request is valid, you will receive a discount coupon for the new course platform (appropriate to your purchase history), between 1st December 2023 and 31st January 2024
If you have an uncompleted course(s) but your membership plan has expired/lapsed or your account has closed:
1. Complete the online form here (or below) before 31st December 2023 with the courses you need access to on the new course platform
2. We will then check your account and if your request is valid
3. If your request is valid, you will receive a discount coupon for the new course platform (appropriate to your purchase history), between 1st December 2023 and 31st January 2024.
If you are a new course student or do not fall into any of the above categories:
1. Complete the online form here (or below) before 31st December 2023 for early access or wait until launch and register then without early access or specials. Or sign up for a new account here if after the 31st December 2023.
