Give Back Through a Purpose-Driven Auction
From 1 to 3 December 2025, EWT is hosting an online auction tied to Giving Tuesday. This isn’t your typical fundraiser. It’s a meaningful opportunity to bid on exclusive experiences, luxury travel, and artworks – all designed to fund conservation, community projects, and scientific research.
What You Can Bid On
- Conservation experiences in the wild. You could join field experts tracking endangered wildlife, or engage in vulture conservation initiatives in rugged bushland.
- Travel that gives back. There are luxury safari stays and curated travel packages available via trusted partners. These trips support EWT’s work across Africa.
- Art that protects nature. Original artworks and limited-edition prints are up for auction. All proceeds help fund habitat restoration, biodiversity monitoring, and community programs.
- Direct support too. If bidding isn’t for you, there’s still the option to donate directly. Gifts support fieldwork, conservation science, and community-based projects aimed at long-term sustainability.

How It Works
- You register to take part in the auction on their platform.
- Bidding opens at 7 pm SAST on 1 December 2025 and closes at 7 pm SAST on 3 December 2025.
- Winners get notified by email once the auction ends, and successful bids help fund conservation work across EWT’s strategic areas.
- If you’re unable to travel immediately, many experiences are valid for 12 months and terms are detailed for each auction listing.
