Auction Item & Bidding Pricing
- Value – this is the actual value of the item
- Starting bid – the minimum first bid to start bidding
- Bid increment – the minimum bids allowed following the starting bid
- Reserve price – the minimum amount that the item can be sold for in the bidding process (this is often not revealed until the price is reached)
- Buy-it-now price (if available) – the amount the item can be sold for to bypass any bidding or further bidding. Please note that this is not the value of the item and is used purely for fundraising purposes.
