Warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere
“For the second time in two years we popped into Mattsens in Swellendam for a meal and both times have had a hearty, delicious dish. As the name suggests their specialities are steaks and pizzas, however the comprehensive menu is filled with loads of choice. Although i haven’t tasted every dish the two i have had have been excellent. We had a really nice meal last night thanks to Herman and Alize of Mattsen’s. Mattsen’s has a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a lovely touch of the barman bringing over your drinks to the table and introducing himself.
